- Contact our customer service center by calling us +92 325-6697625 between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday till Saturday or email us images of defected product at : firstname.lastname@example.org
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
- Items purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
- No cash refunds, only online store coupons available for out of stock items.
- Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for exchange.
The Following applies to both Option 1 and 2:
- Exchange within 7 days of the purchase.
- You will receive an online coupon valid for 1 month if the product (replacement) is not available or you want to use it later (no cash refund).
- Item purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange/return.
- The exchange price of a product will be equal to the price at the time of exchange.
- Return or replacement charges will be paid by customer.
- Pillows design may vary due to cutting pattern of the fabric.
